Registration

Each accepted paper must be covered (payed) by at least one regular (non-student) registration by the author registration deadline (November 7, 2025) to be included in the program and proceedings.

Registration Fees

Note that registration fees are the same for both online and on-site participations.

On-site vs. Online attendance

• On-site participation - highly recommended standard option as rich conference program, amazing community and beautiful Prague are waiting for you! However, we emphasize that on-site participation CANNOT be cancelled after the early bird deadline, and your presence and presentation of the paper in Prague are NECESSARY. If the author does not show up in Prague, the paper will be excluded from the conference program and a committee will assess inclusion in proceedings based on the provided reasons. Please note that limited funding is not a serious reason to select the on-site participation option and then cancel it a few days before the conference.
• On-line participation - this option is allowed and intended as a support for students and researchers with limited funding or travel restrictions. Please select this option only if you cannot visit the conference in Prague in person. Note that all papers covered by an on-line registration will be presented during an on-line poster session (i.e., a short pre-recorded video and a Q&A session via a video call).

Paper Coverage Policy

• Each accepted paper (including Special Session, Demo, and VBS) must be covered by one distinct regular registration by the author registration deadline.
• Student registrations do not cover accepted papers.

During the registration process, you will be asked to provide the ConfTool ID of the accepted paper. For verification, paper's title will appear upon specifying the ID.

Discounted rates for students and early career researchers

In order to support the engagement of students and early career researchers with the interest in MMM's topics, we prepared a special reduced registration rates sponsored by the conference. The qualification rules are as follows:

• Discounted rates are intended for current students (Bc./Msc./Ph.D.) and early career researchers who received their PhD. degree on or after 2023.
• Note that only the first 50 onsite (and unlimited online) registrations may be sponsored by the conference (w.r.t. the time of registration completion). We consider this as a substitution for complementary travel grants.
• Note that these rates cannot be used to cover an accepted contribution.
• For student registrations, the participant must present a valid student ID or study confirmation at the on-site registration desk. Please ensure to bring it with you. Junior scientists with Ph.D. degree need to prove that they received their Ph.D. degree during or after year 2023.

Temporary note: the student registration will open on the 7th November, evening (current estimate 21:00 CEST).

Payment methods

• Default payment option is an online payment by credit card via the registration system. The payment is processed by the MMM's organizing agency (SLAN tour) through the CSOB payment gate. As such, you will be directed to slantour.cz website for the payment initiation and platebnibrana.csob.cz for the payment execution.
• As an alternative, bank transfers may be available upon request (upon completing the registration form, contact the organizing agency for more details). Note that all bank charges must be covered by the sender.

Cancellation Policy

• On/Before November 15, 2025: full refund minus 1 000 CZK handling fee.
• November 16, 2025 onwards: no refunds. If needed, a name change can be processed for a 500 CZK handling fee.
